Change4Chalfont Art Competition

(Competition now closed)

Change4Chalfont invites you to enter a local art competition with fabulous prizes!

We live in a world that is changing more dramatically and faster than ever before. We face the challenges of global warming, and supplies of fossil fuels, which provide most of our energy, are both diminishing in availability and increasing in cost.

Change4Chalfont is a community-led initiative that aims to reduce Chalfont St Peter’s carbon emissions, reduce the amount of our waste that ends up in landfill, increase local recycling provision, encourage local food production and plan for a future which is less dependent on fossil fuel energy. We should like to prepare for these changes in a positive, hopeful and inclusive way.

We imagine a vibrant, cleaner Chalfont St Peter and a stronger, more self-reliant community.  And a more localised community should mean that each individual matters more.  So what could a future with less oil look like here in Chalfont St Peter?
